We only stayed one night in LA but the campground was newer and the staff was very friendly. We were able to pull in without unhooking the car and pull out early in the morning for our next stop.
Cedar Cove RV Resort is on Upper Galveston Bay. We had a site right on the water. There was a nice breeze from the bay and and we saw a lot of birds; osprey, gulls and pelicans. There was plenty of room to walk the dogs and we had to hold them back from chasing the birds.
