Travel Begins

On April 1, 2021 we left Jesup, GA for the foreseeable future and traveled to Panama City. FL, Pineglen Motorcoach and RV Park. We only stayed 1 night and the next morning we were on our way to Shady Acres Campground in Mobile, AL. where we also stayed only 1 night. The 1 night stops are usually waypoints on our way to a destination. We try to travel 300 miles or less a day or a drivetime of 6 hours or less. We try to find places where we can get a pull thorough site so we don’t have to unhook the car and we just get up and go the next morning. We also sometimes stay at Cracker Barrel Restaurants for 1 night. They have RV parking and are really friendly and welcoming. Of course, we get a great meal. The purpose of the first part was to get to our Maintenance Training course in Athens, TX and then to visit family before we head out west until 3/2022.
